Bitcoin ETFs Bleed About $1.28 Billion in November as BTC Holds Near $76,000

8 November 2026

US spot Bitcoin ETFs have seen about $1.28 billion of net withdrawals so far in November, according to reports that compile daily flow data. The biggest single-day outflows came after the US midterm results, when a rebound above $80,000 faded quickly. By the weekend, bitcoin was holding around $76,000, with traders watching the $75,000 level as support.

What happened

Spot ETFs recorded about $430 million of net outflows on Thursday 5 November, led by BlackRock's IBIT, and roughly $412 million on Friday according to some outlets. Ether ETFs also lost money in the same stretch. The flows came as tech stocks sold off and crypto leverage was flushed out, with more than $1 billion of liquidations across the market. Bitcoin dipped toward $75,000 before recovering above $76,000 on Friday.

Why it matters for traders

What to watch

Track daily ETF flows for signs of stabilisation. Watch whether bitcoin holds $75,000 on a daily close, and whether ether can keep pace. US CPI on 10 November is a macro event that can move risk assets, and so can any further action on exchanges.
